Product Display
Handrails are practical and decorative protrusions that are usually installed on stairs, railings, balconies, etc., and are members of railings or railings (top surfaces) for people to hold on to when walking.
The material is mostly wood, but also metal, plastic, terrazzo, marble and so on. It is required to be safe, firm, beautiful, smooth surface without sharp edges and corners.
The form can be arbitrarily designed, but the width is based on the principle of being comfortable to hold, generally 40-60mm, and the maximum width should not exceed 95mm, and it should be continuously set along the full length of the stairs and stair landings.
Features of aluminum profiles:
1. Corrosion resistance
The density of aluminum profiles is only about 2.8g/cm3, which can be said to be only one third of the density of steel, copper or brass. Aluminum exhibits excellent corrosion resistance under most environmental conditions, including air, water, petrochemicals, and many chemical systems.
2. Conductivity
Aluminum profiles are often chosen because of their excellent electrical conductivity. At the same weight, the conductivity of aluminum is nearly twice that of copper.
3. Thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is about 50-60% of copper, which is very beneficial for the manufacture of heat exchangers, evaporators, heating appliances, cooking utensils, and automobile cylinder heads and radiators.
4. Non-ferromagnetic
Aluminum profiles are non-ferromagnetic, which is an important property for the electrical and electronic industries.
5. Formability
The specific tensile strength, yield strength, ductility and corresponding work hardening rate govern the variation in allowable deformation. Various investigations have shown that commercially available aluminum profiles are rated for formability in different forms depending on the forming process.
6. Recyclability
Aluminum has a very high recyclability, and the characteristics of recycled aluminum are almost indistinguishable from virgin aluminum.
